Coastal Garden – North Berwick

This garden was created to blend in with the beautiful surroundings in this coastal location. Gentle curves look natural and reflect the sand dunes and bays beyond. Boulders and pebble paths have also been used link the garden to the landscape. To minimise our environmental impact, we have worked with the conditions on site, rather than importing large quantities of soil and irrigating intensively. The planting has been carefully selected, using plants that naturally grow here or that are likely to survive in these dry coastal conditions.
